Matterport 3D Virtual Tours

We use the latest technology with 3D Virtual Tours on ALL our listings – no matter the size or price point. 3D Virtual Tours are a critical part of our marketing strategy, because they allow potential buyers to see a property any time. They don’t have to wait for their buyer agent to respond or be available, they can walk the listing immediately any time of day on their phone anywhere in the world!

Aerial Photography

Kyle holds his FAA Part 107 Certificate and liability insurance to legally operate a drone for commercial purposes. We lean on this to create amazing aerial photos to offer perspective for our listings. Buyers love being able to see how properties sit in their neighborhoods and on their streets. Aerial photos provide a better idea of the surroundings than Google Earth does, because Google images can be old. Aerial photos give a great feeling for what the general area looks like currently. And, better yet, they can show off incredible amenities in the area!

Professional Photography

Interior and exterior photography is the most important step, and Kyle is an expert! He’s been a professional photographer since 2005 and shooting real estate exclusively since 2013. He uses current techniques and equipment to create some of the highest quality photography in the Charlotte and Lake Norman region and his photography business creates all of our marketing content. Interiors look clean, and crisp, and the images demonstrate the value and quality of the listings we market.
